Idea behind ThoughtForge.
By Ankit Gajjar ·
Thoughtforge is a pursuit of building the best content eco-system for founders offering one place to write, store, transform, post on multiple platforms, analytics on published content, and a newsletter.
Idea is not to overload with features but keeping it clean and least amount of distraction so when you are writing in a peace, you can get the most out of your time and not have to switch to multiple tabs.
Without a deep training on AI models, it is extremely unlikely you will see AI cloning writing style. Although it is on a plan to eventually get to better quality we are rather focusing on human written content and letting AI completely optional and only allowing in workflow to make processes easier.
Now one of the best approach to writing content is to write a long form article, which makes it super easy to transform that into small pieces of content.
You can then start distributing that into short form content such as LinkedIn posts, X, Thread and scripts for videos and so on.
The Intelligence Layer
AI currently finds fresh ideas based on niche setup in your profile and browsing the internet for trending topics in your space.
Think of it as your research assistant helping you with ideas, completely optional to use.
Although, the best content doesn't start with AI prompts. It starts with your unfiltered thoughts. Your unique experiences. That moment when you solved a problem at 2 AM and thought "Holy shit, this actually works." It is good to have this when you are looking for a inspiration.
Sometimes, completely new topics on internet can drive inspiration and help you cover your topic from different angle.
Why Long-Form First?
Most founders approach content backwards. They try to create a LinkedIn post from scratch, staring at a blank screen, wondering what to say.
That's painful. And it slows you down.
Your best posts already exist buried in:
• Client calls where you explained something perfectly
• Team meetings where you shared a framework
• Internal docs where you documented your process
• Those shower thoughts you voice-recorded at 6 AM
ThoughtForge helps you capture and crystallise these moments into long-form articles. Not because long-form is trendy. Because it's where your actual thinking lives.
The Transformation Engine
Here's where the magic happens.
You've written a 1,500-word article about your idea, educational content, or a product development process.
Now what?
Manual approach: Spend so much time trying to come up with extract LinkedIn posts, rewriting the same ideas, losing the thread, ending up with mediocre content.
ThoughtForge approach: AI analyses your article structure, identifies the 5-7 strongest insights, and generates post variations you can edit in seconds.
Is it perfect? Not Yet.
Will it be 60-80% there, saving you hours of grunt work? Absolutely.
No need to open one more tab, just use it right inside the platform.
The Real Value Proposition
I am not building another AI writing tool. Those are a dime a dozen.
I am building a thinking system.
• Write → Your authentic voice, preserved
• Transform → AI handles the tedious adaptation work
• Distribute → One click to LinkedIn, X, your blog
• Analyse → See what resonates, double down
• Repeat → Build your content flywheel
The analytics piece matters more than you'd think. Most founders create content in a vacuum. They post and pray. They have no idea what topics drive engagement, what angles resonate, or what their audience actually cares about.
ThoughtForge shows you the patterns through analytics. Your best-performing topics. Your strongest hooks. The content themes that drive newsletter signups.
Data-driven creativity, not gut-feel content only.
Why This Matters Now?
Content has become table stakes for founders.
You need it for:
• Building in public and attracting early adopters
• Thought leadership that opens doors
• SEO and organic discovery
• Community building around your product
But here's the brutal truth:67% of founders abandon content within 60 days because the process is too time-consuming.
They start strong. Post daily for two weeks. Then crickets.
Why? Because they're fighting against:
• Blank page paralysis
• Platform-specific formatting
• Inconsistent publishing
• Zero feedback loop
• No system to capture ideas
ThoughtForge removes those friction points. Not by writing for you, but by amplifying your existing thinking.
The Vision Forward
Right now, we're focused on the core transformation: long-form → short-form, with solid analytics. Before we stack new text form social media.
But we're building toward something bigger. Your experience matters so do write us back at ankit@observantconvo.com
We do not want AI to do writing for founders, we just want to position AI where it should be best at.
It's to remove everything between your ideas and your audience.
We're committed to improving the AI accuracy with every release. The transformation quality will get sharper. The idea generation will get smarter. The analytics will get deeper.
But the foundation stays the same:Your authentic thinking, amplified and distributed effortlessly.
